About me
Margaret Rose Grigsby is a seasoned leadership professor at INCAE Business School, with over 30 years of experience in the corporate world. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Centro Cultural Costarricense-Norteamericano (CCCN)
An international speaker and facilitator, Margaret specializes in leadership development, generational differences and women’s leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, an MBA from Incae Business School and a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Coaching from Georgetown University. Her work bridges academic insight and practical application.
